Here’s What Happened During Last Month’s Development & Construction

In a completely surprising move, 1133 S. Hope had its groundbreaking ceremony. No word on how quickly the project will actually begin construction.

Apex 2 is moving some serious dirt. The project now has a bright red crane to join the wave of development in Financial District.

Speaking of cranes – Oceanwide Plaza now has five of them around its perimeter.

The new Federal Courthouse has finally completed its construction.

G12 is well underway in South Park. Its geometric shape and pop of yellow paint have been revealed from the scaffolding.

Just one block over, Wren has also topped out at its 7-story height. There is still a lot of scaffolding, but the peekaboo of the facade is looking nice and clean.

Circa added its first few panels of a very reflective but nice blue glass.

The Hotel Indigo tower at Metropolis is fully clad in glass, with only the ground floor left to complete.
