Located on a 6.3-acre site in downtown, Metropolis is one of the largest new mixed-use developments in Los Angeles. The $1-Billion ground-up project, from Shanghai-based developer Greenland USA, consists of 18-story Hotel Indigo and three residential towers. 

Phase 2 of the project includes Tower II, which opened in the Fall of 2018, and Tower III, which is still under construction. National architecture and engineering firm Harley Ellis Devereaux served as lead architect, and Webcor Builders served as the construction contractor.
