Tucked away in a quiet, gated Andreas Hills neighborhood of Palm Springs is Linea – a collection of fourteen ultra-luxury estates from developer Alta Verde Group.
The modernist-style homes, which were designed by Los Angeles architect Anthony Poon, are approximately 5,000 square feet and reside on 1/2-acre lots. A mix of three different floor plans, known as T, G, and V, maintain cohesion and geometric congruency through an all-white color palette and clean, minimal lines. The monochromatic estates are juxtaposed against a backdrop of rugged mountains, which reflect hues of purple, blue, beige, orange and red throughout the day.
