After the success of 3033 Wilshire, UDR and Steinberg Hart Architects have partnered again to design Vision on Wilshire. The 18-story tower has replaced an abandoned surface lot at Wilshire & Crescent Heights Boulevards in the Beverly Grove neighborhood of Los Angeles. The high-density project offers luxury vertical living with unobstructed views from the Pacific Ocean to the Downtown LA skyline.
The facade utilizes patterned glass in neutral tones, which extends over the parking podium and creates a continuous profile between the above-grade garage and the residential units. The interior also sticks to neutral tones, but with the warmth and richness from walnut, gold, and marble.
