Drawing inspiration from the property’s former use as The Marine Corps Air Station, FLIGHT at Tustin Legacy has been reimagined into a new urban neighborhood.

The 38.74-acre master planned-site contains a variety of hangar-like structures including four-story open plaza office buildings, four incubator-style office buildings, and a food hall. The campus provides 870,000 square feet of unique creative office environments with features such as unobstructed side-to-side views, ceiling volumes up to 37′ tall, and sliding glass and glazed garage doors to allow for indoor/outdoor workspace.
